COVID-19 Guidelines

Valley is following the recommended CDC guidelines for visitation in Skilled Nursing Facilities. Guidelines vary according to each County’s positivity rate. We continue to encourage friends and family members to send cards, make phone calls, use Facetime, Skype, Zoom, Google Duo or any other media platform you have access to in order to stay connected. As the FDA approves Covid-19 vaccines, hospitals and skilled nursing facilities will be the first to receive the vaccine. If you are contacted concerning a consent form, it is important to return the form quickly back to the facility. Should you have any questions concerning the consent form, please reach out to Sandra Loftin, Administrator; Susan Johnson, Assistant Administrator; Jeanne Stewart, Director of Nurses; Jessie Preston, Social Worker or Nina Danforth, Social Worker. Please follow our Facebook page where additional information will be posted as it becomes available to the Facility. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time of uncertainty we all face together.
